The repair and construction work fulfilled:

• installation of monolithic reinforced-concrete column, beam and floor systems;
• installation of floor cement covering;
• wall and floor lining with ceramic and ceramic granite tiles;
• laying of internal systems of water supply, sewerage, internal systems of power supply and heating;
• laying of internal systems of ventilation and air conditioning.
