The repair and construction work fulfilled:

• installation of monolithic reinforced-concrete foundation;
• installation of monolithic reinforced-concrete column, beam and floor systems;
• construction of brickwork, brick walls, partitions;
• installation of energy-efficient windows and balcony doors;
• installation of the parking concrete floor.

Performance time: 9 months (November 2007 - June 2008).
